This workshop explores the experience of adults in middle age supporting older parents
while simultaneously caring for a young family. Through Arab cultural, social, and spiritual
lenses, this film-based session will reflect on stories and strategies navigating the emotional
and physical challenges to nurture resilience, dignity, and connection across generations.
